Trustworthy Production Process
Our production process starts with 100% pure imported HDPE raw materials, which ensures excellent durability, UV resistance, and long service life of our shade products. The raw materials are first processed through advanced extrusion machines, where they are melted and drawn into high-strength monofilament yarns. During this stage, UV stabilizers and color masterbatches are precisely added to guarantee long-term outdoor performance and color stability.
After extrusion, the yarns enter the high-speed knitting process. With more than 30 sets of advanced knitting machines, we produce various structures such as shade nets, shade sails, and privacy screens with different shading rates and fabric densities. The knitting process is strictly controlled to ensure uniform mesh structure, strong tensile strength, and stable dimensions, which are essential for outdoor wind resistance and durability.
The semi-finished fabrics go through inspection, heat-setting, cutting, sewing, and packaging. Each batch is tested for weight, shading rate, strength, and appearance before shipment. With a daily production capacity of 8 metric tons, our factory combines large-scale manufacturing with strict quality control, ensuring consistent quality for customers worldwide.
