Answer:

Shade net is made of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene).

First make the HDPE Materil to beocme the Wire, then use the knitted machine make the fabric ,when finished it  so that is call the shade net  ,also called sun shade net ,sun shade cloth,shade mesh and so on .

why the shade net have different kinds of the sun shade rating ?

Answer：

Yes， different kinds of the shade  net has different kinds of the shade rating ,

Weight ,Density,Color and Needles also can influence the shade rating 

In normal ,the more weight,the shade rating is high,and the dark color is better than white in the same weight and same density , so if you have differnt kinds of this just ask the salesman 

3:How long does the shade net last ?

First :Different kinds of the material and color ,and weight also can influence the shade net warranty ?

But the most import  is Material and with UV 

For Example ,in the same earex,the good material and with uv is more better than just use the new material 

now in the market , so many factory use the recycle material and say will use the new material with uv 

so that is not good .

our shade net ,New material with UV  warranty 3years in the middles , 5years in the a little hot and have more uv ,and 8year in the do not have so much sun .
